SECTION 6 - SALES TAX On June 21, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court issued its opinion in South Dakota v. Wayfair, a landmark sales and use tax nexus case for online sellers. In compliance with this ruling, Godly Play Resources currently collects and pays sales tax in the following states:

If you are tax exempt according to your state's regulations, email proof of tax exemption to shop@godlyplayfoundation.org. This must be done prior to your purchase. Sales tax cannot be removed or refunded after confirmation of an order.

We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
